  1. This is an ad for Neal Barnard’s book with no research or details in the story. This is not what I expect from Stone Hearth. I did not see any article written on Stone Hearth. The info is conflicting: it says foods to eat: meats and dairy, and in the same line says they are dangerous. What’s up? Barnard is an anti-meat guy.
