DIABETESFAMILIES.com has just launched a new service, VIDEO COACHING, for families whose children are threatened by type 2 diabetes and other health risks triggered by obesity. The first 50 families who sign up for VIDEO COACHING will be enrolled in this unique 4-week program free of charge.
The advice may sound simple, eat right, exercise more, but doing it is not! VIDEO COACHING – Your Healthy Home series, helps parents develop their own plan of small steps they choose to do and can do. It’s like bringing your diabetes team home with you to provide ongoing guidance and support.
The program has eight interactive emails delivered right into a family’s home via their computer. Each one has a short video followed by a questionnaire designed to help families understand their needs better so they can choose the small changes that will make a big difference in their health.
